One of my ideas for my next trip this year was this !

Combination of citytrip New York with a cruise from Nyc to the Bahama's....

Unfortunatly it will be for a next time... Doesn't fit in the program this year...

But why not keep on dreaming on the pics !

This week I wanted to contribute to the trip my collegue is about to do.

She's leaving for 9 months to travel through Asia and Africa !!

Her first stop (and first cultural shock...) is Delhi India.

So that's why I chose for the colours of India !

Sri Lanka - "The wonderfull island" like they call it.... This is my next destination in March 2011 !

The famous Adam's peak with it's 4800 steps, the beautifull ancient capitals like Anurathapura, Polonaruwa and Sigiriya, the sandy beaches of Negombo & Hikkaduwa, and not to forget the Tea industry in Nuwara Eliya & Ella....

It all seems so far away...

The Inca's.... Is there a civilisation as mystical as the Inca's ?
From Lima through the Nasca lines, from Arequipa through Cusco, from the Machu Picchu through Titicaca....
This country has so much to offer ...
This is why it's deffinitly on the list for the worldtour !!

This week I wanted to share my next travel destination with you.
In october I'm leaving for 8 nights to the United States with a friend.

We will start our journey in Los angeles.
2 nights to feel the glitter & glamour of Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Venice Beach.
With the car we will continue through Malibu, Santa Barbara, Fresno to end up at Yosemite National Park for one night.
From there through the Sierra nevada, Mono Lake, Lone Pine, Death Valley....

1. the legend on boulevard, 2. ave 26. venice beach, ca. 2008., 3. Paris Belagio Fountains3, 4. glowing lights of hollywood

to finish in ........ LAS VEGAS !
Place a little bet and flying off to Grand canyon with a helicopter.
I just can't wait !!

Putting one favorite destination under a lens is mission impossible to me....

The world has so many things to offer to each and everyone.

Every smile, any culture, all mothernatures' miracles,...

We should take a good look to the world and see all it's magic without constantly wondering what could go better.

The world is a beautiful place after all, let's just embrace it with both hands.....

Join me every week from now for beautiful Flickr pic around the world. We will be travelling all together every tuesday to the most wonderfull places on earth !

This week's dream destination : Jordany

Petra, Wadi rum, Dead sea, Aqaba,... All this names say something ?? Off course they do. Jordany has a lot of wonderfull places to discover and still has a population that stayed authentic, untill now.
Is it diving in Tala Bay, riding a kamel in the desert of Wadi rum, floating in the strange dead sea, or feeling like Indiana Jones in Petra, it has it all.
Won't be able to put this destination in my world tour 2012, Daniel and me are discussing maybe going there in november this year.
We would try out the couchsurfing experience. I allready had a look at some of the people who are willing to give us a bed for some nights out there. Sleeping in a tent on the beach, meeting real bedouin life style in the Wadi rum desert, I can't wait... This will give us a real local feeling and a first experience for our world tour, which we want to do using couchsurfing as much as possible.
