On this page I'd like to share some nice tips & tricks I found on my journeys.
Hopefully I will help some of you with some nice ideas, restaurants, hotels, ect.
- Bamboo Island - Thailand
If you have the opportunity to go near the Phi Phi Islands in southern Thailand, you have to get on a boat towards this magnificent and untouched island called Bamboo Island... It's a place where lots of excursion boats stop, but it's fortunatly not covered with bars and souvenirshops. It's a preserved national area with white sandy beaches and clear blue water.
Lying there on this beautiful beach for a few hours is what relaxing should look like. All around you, swimmingpool-like water and lot's of little islands floating around.... Paradise... Let's hope it will stay like this...
- Little restaurant in central Rome - Italy
This little familyrunned restaurant is my favourite place in Rome.
It's called "Vecchia Roma" and
it has the best pasta and antipasti
I've ever tasted. (And don't forget
I'm half italian ;-) )
It's located on Via Leonina close
to the metro station Cavour.
It doesn't look like much from
the outside, and even when you
enter, it looks like a cantina with
it's red and white tableclothes...
But all the customers are italian
and enjoying the food !
The prices are the lowest you can get in Rome ! 5€ for a pasta plate !

We had a lovely mexican dinner in Page ! The restautant is called "Fiesta Mexicana" and is situated on the Lake Powell Blv in Page.
